How does ordering work?
Simply browse our collections, choose the gift pack you love, add it to your cart, and check out. We'll handle the rest — beautifully wrapping it and delivering it to the door.
Can I add a personal message?
Absolutely! Every gift pack includes a free handwritten message card. You can add your message during checkout.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times vary by location — check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1–4 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 12pm on business days are dispatched same-day.
Is there free delivery?
Yes — all orders over R500 qualify for free delivery anywhere in South Africa!
Can I order a custom gift pack?
Of course! We'd love to create something special for you. Use the Custom Order form on our homepage or contact us directly and we'll work with your budget and preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and SnapScan. All payments are processed securely.
Can I return or exchange a gift pack?
We accept returns for damaged, incorrect, or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Check our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How do I track my order?
